Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the Calderstone website and provide general conditions for enquiries, quotations and electrical contracting services.
Last updated: 13 October 2026Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or accepting a Calderstone quotation, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. A signed contract, purchase order or accepted quotation may contain additional project-specific terms and will take priority where there is a conflict.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but specifications, availability and service descriptions may change. Nothing on the website is a binding quotation or technical design unless confirmed by Calderstone in writing.
Quotations and scope
Quotations are based on the information, drawings, quantities, access conditions and programme available at the time of issue. Work outside the stated scope, revised drawings, hidden conditions or authority requirements may be treated as a variation.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, safe and timely site access, required approvals, suitable working areas and coordination with other trades. Delays or additional costs caused by missing information, restricted access or third parties may affect the programme and price.
Safety and compliance
Calderstone performs work in accordance with the agreed scope, applicable safety requirements and relevant project standards. Site personnel must follow access controls, permit procedures and reasonable safety instructions while work is in progress.
Programme and delays
Dates and durations are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We will communicate material changes, but are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including authority approvals, supply disruption, restricted access, weather or delays by other contractors.
Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, payment milestones and validity periods are stated in the applicable quotation or contract. Invoices must be paid by the agreed due date. Calderstone may suspend work or withhold handover documentation where undisputed amounts remain overdue.
Materials and warranties
Materials will be as specified or an approved equivalent. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own conditions. Workmanship warranty terms, exclusions and remedy periods will be those stated in the accepted quotation or project contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calderstone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss arising from misuse, unauthorized alteration, third-party work or conditions outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Calderstone name, logo, website design, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to Calderstone. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Project contracts may specify a particular emirate, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution process.
